2- Now that you have determine the main age group of your guests and the amount to be invited, determine whether you need certain activities to keep your guests busy. For example, if you are inviting lots of kids, it will be good if they have something to do or play with. If it is a bachelor party, well... there is sure going to be lots of activities.
3- Decide where your party is going to be held. Is it going to be outside? If so, is there adequate shade for hot days or shelter for bad weather? Is this party going to be thrown at your house or at a venue that you will rent? If you are renting, is the venue have enough space for all of your guests and the activities that you might have?
A good thing about having the party at a venue is that you can cut out the cleaning and setting up for the party. When a party is thrown at home, a lot of time and effort will go into preparing your home for the party, serving food and running around while the party is underway. Don’t forget cleaning up after the party is over. While a venue is more expensive, it cuts out a lot of responsibility for the host and allows them to enjoy themselves more.
4- Determining how many guests you are planning on inviting and if there is going to be any activities brings you to determine how many party supplies you will need to supply. What is your budget for the party?
